Exchange and refund policy

You can return the product if it is not on the list of non-returnable products, and if you receive it in the following conditions:
1. Incorrect product Damaged/defective product
2. Returns are possible within 10 days of receiving the product
• The products are in their original packaging from the seller (closed and locked box) and are not damaged or in bad condition. The packaging must be closed and intact.
• In the case of clothing and fashion orders, the original labels and tags of the product must be present with the original packaging.
The consumer has no right to exchange or return the item in the following cases:
1- Changing his opinion about the product,
2- The product is available elsewhere at a lower price
3- The product is free of any defects.
4- After examining the products.

The amount will be returned to your balance on your credit card, or on your account in the application
